There’s less need than ever to go to Dallas thanks to a great new commercial space in town. Market Square at Unicorn Lake, developed by Bob Shelton of Shelton Development, is the first phase of a multi-phased business development program. The complex has a whopping 19,500 square feet of commercial space and currently holds tenant Salon LaPage. Beth Marie’s Old Fashioned
Ice Cream will be opening a second location there soon while, in mid May, Curves is expected to open a location as well. Cafe China and Unicorn Lake Diner and Bakery are expected to open businesses in the development as well.

Market Square is part of Unicorn Lake, one of Denton’s most recent hot spots for entertainment, dining, and shopping. The area features a large movie theater, several great restaurants, banking centers, a gym, and much more. While Mr. Shelton is obviously pleased to see his vision come to life he credits his great and talented team with helping to make it all happen.

Space is still available at the Market Square complex, so if you’re looking for a new commercial space in a quickly growing area, it may be hard to find a better location. But if the growth in the area is any indication, you better act soon as those remaining spaces may be ‘going, going, gone’ before you know it.
