Program and Event Sponsorship Opportunities

The Denton Chamber of Commerce is organized to create and support economic growth in the community while strengthening the business infrastructure and supporting local businesses toward their success and longevity.

Through partnerships with our members, the Denton Chamber can positively impact the community.

Annual Chamber Banquet

The Chamber kicks-off the new program year by welcoming the new Board Chair and Board members.  A review of the previous year's success and a look at the upcoming program year's exciting opportunities are an important part of the program.  Additionally, the Chamber's outstanding volunteers and the community member who has brought most recognition to Denton are recognized and celebrated.

Quarterly Membership Lunches

These lunches provide members with an opportunity to receive an update regarding legislative issues, economic development, and other information pertinent to the local economy.  An ideal business networking event, attendance ranges from 200-250 business professionals.

Grow Your Business after 5 (Membership Mixers)

The Chamber's most popular monthly networking event, the "Grow Your Business After 5" mixers offer the perfect opportunity for members to exchange information while enjoying great food, drinks, door prize drawings and more.  With an average attendance between 250-300 business professionals, these after hour events offer a casual and festive atmosphere where growing your business is enjoyable and easy.

Business Networking Lunches

A smaller, monthly business networking event offers members the opportunity to promote their products and services to other business professionals while enjoying lunch and making important business connections.   A great opportunity to have conversations with other Chamber members to exchange information, share resources and build important relationships.

"Smart Business 101" Lunch Series

A monthly series of lunch workshops developed in partnership with the Small Business Development Center to address the needs of small businesses through professional education and training.  Through surveys, member feedback and suggestions, and economic and business trends, speakers and trainers will be selected to provide pertinent and timely educational information in a training format.

Business to Business Expo

The Chamber's largest annual business networking event, the Expo provides the opportunity to showcase your products and services to over 800 attendees.  Exhibitor space is offered exclusively to Chamber members but attendance is open to all business professionals.  Using the exhibitor booth format allows exhibitors the flexibility to collect attendee information, provide give-a-ways, connect with booth visitors one-on-one or in a small group and network with other exhibitors and visitors.

New Member Orientations

Bi-monthly meetings developed to welcome new members and introduce new (and existing) members to Chamber staff members including Economic Development, Convention and Visitor Bureau, and Small Business Development.  A key component of these meetings is to impart important information regarding your partnership with the Chamber, the benefits to you, and how you can effectively leverage your membership to grow your business while strengthening the community.  All attendees will have the opportunity to network and to have their photograph taken for the monthly Chamber page in the local publications.

Chamber Board Meetings

Although these monthly meetings are for our Board members, they provide a high level, specific sponsorship opportunity.  The Chamber Board includes key stakeholder representatives from the diverse business base in Denton.

Fundraising Events

Throughout the year, various fundraising events may be planned.  The proceeds from these events help the Chamber develop and implement new programs and projects to increase value to our members and position the Denton Chamber as a leading business organization in the North Texas area.  Sponsorships are key in the success of these events and therefore the success of the Chamber and business community.

Women in Commerce Programs

The goal of these programs is to facilitate the economic self sufficiency and strength of women owned/operated businesses by offering tools and resources for personal, professional, and entrepreneurial growth.  This program will include events, forums and an educational component.

LEAD Program

The LEAD Program provides a venue for members with the desire to achieve a high level of involvement with the Chamber and the community.  The LEAD Delegates commit to one year of voluntary service to the business community through Chamber work.  Responsibilities such as officiating ribbon cuttings, staffing events, welcoming new members, strengthening relationships with existing members, increasing membership, and educating businesses about the role and purpose of the Chamber offer Delegates the opportunity to take a lead role in the success of the Chamber as an organization thus strengthening the business community.  Through their work as LEAD Delegates, members are offered premium opportunities to promote their businesses.

Shop Denton Chamber First

The Shop Denton Chamber First Program is an exciting discount incentive program which will enable Chamber members to increase their customer base and raise the profile of the Denton Chamber business community.  This program offers existing and potential customers discounts when patronizing Denton Chamber businesses.  The participating businesses receive key fobs and window decals as well as a special logo on the Chamber online directory listing.

Highlight On Business

The Chamber's currently online only informational bi-monthly publication includes pertinent and timely information from the City, higher education entities, DISD, Convention & Visitor Bureau, Economic Development, Small Business Development Center, Leadership Denton, and the Chamber's Government Relations Division.  Interesting information about members and events are also a key component of this publication.
