A Message to Our Members
The health and safety of our investors, community, and partners is our highest priority during this unprecedented time. The Denton Chamber team has been actively following the Coronavirus (COVID-19) developments, and we are evaluating actions daily, to best identify how to serve you.
We have also made the decision to postpone upcoming events and programming that are currently scheduled through April 30, 2020. Rescheduling programming will enable us to provide the experience that our members, community, and partners deserve in a safe environment. If you are currently registered for or sponsoring any events and programming in the coming weeks, you will receive an email or a phone call from Shaina, along with any pertinent information.
If you are currently serving on the Board or on a committee, meetings will continue to be scheduled on virtual platforms. The work of the Chamber must continue for the future success of our investors and our mission: Advocate, Educate, Collaborate for Economic Growth in Denton.
Our team remains committed to working diligently on behalf of our 700 members during these extremely challenging times. We will continue to keep you updated as further information is made available. Please visit our website and follow us on Facebook for the latest updates and resources for businesses.
We remain excited to host you later this year and will get back to you with more information on specific date updates in the coming weeks as we continue to monitor the situation. Please take a moment to let us know if you have any questions regarding your registration(s), or your Denton Chamber Membership. Your voice matters, and we care about your feedback and experience.
We look forward to working alongside you as we navigate the upcoming weeks.
Sincerely,
Erica Pangburn
President
Denton Chamber of Commerce
