OTIS L. FOWLER AWARD
This award is given to those who by regular engagement in their business, profession, or calling have made a marked contribution to the progress and welfare of the Denton community. The Otis L. Fowler Award is the highest and most prestigious honor presented annually by the Denton Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Fowler was the first paid executive to serve the Denton Chamber—a position he held for nearly 30 years.
